Who's my organisation admin?

If your account is part of a Canva for Districts, Canva for Campus, Canva Teams, Canva Business, Canva Enterprise, or Canva for Nonprofits plan, an admin created your account and manages various settings for your team.

We can’t tell you exactly who your admin is, but here are a few ways to find out:

• Check who invited you to Canva Teams or Canva Business – This is often the admin.
• Ask your IT department or Help Desk – If your company or school set up your team, they should know who your admin is. This won't apply if you're on Canva for Nonprofits or a self-managed team.
• Look for the person who manages your team settings – This could be the person who adds or removes team members or assigns roles.

The admin who set up your Canva account (or another admin on your organisation) can:

• Help troubleshoot account issues or answer questions
• Manage your Canva team and control team member access
• Assign or revoke permissions for specific features
• Manage billing and subscription settings
• Contact Canva’s support team for help

If you know your organisation is already on Canva, but you haven't been added as a member yet, we can help you contact your admin.

1. Contact Canva Support.
2. Include your organisation's name, domain, or, for Canva for Nonprofits, your nonprofit registration.
3. Tell us you need help accessing your organisation's team.

We can look up the team owner and help arrange access if needed.
